A couple of Christmas cards I made for family and friends.

Avocado Fries

So i found this recipe for making fries out of avocados.....the process was a bit tedious and messy, but they did turn out like fries.  Unfortuantely, not worth all the work.  They lost all of their "green" flavor and really were quite bland.  Can't imagine what I did wrong.

Comfort Food

So it was a cool day on Thursday, what is better than a little comfort food.  Chicken soup seemed to fit that need perfectly.  It was delish!
